TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
- All quotes and proposals must be confirmed and accepted via email to hello@zoekeck.com.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid upfront at time of booking. Photoshoot date is not locked in until deposit payment is received.
- Remaining payment is due and payable prior to delivery of final images or due date as per invoice (whichever is earlier).

SERVICES
- All services include client liasion, photoshoot, post production and professionally edited imagery.
- Additional services can be provided at a set fee as required, including creative direction, producing, model casting, team assembly, prop sourcing or location scouting.
- The Client is responsible for the provision of a shot list that serves as a checklist for all deliverables required to be provided to the Client. Failure to provide an itemised shot list prior to the shoot could result in an unsatisfactory product/shoot at the cost of the client. If the Client requires a re-shoot, this will be at the expense of a package payment or an additional service fee. 

DELIVERABLES
- All packages are allocated a selection of images per hour from their photoshoot dependant upon their package purchased. These selections will be made by Zoe Keck and edited files will be delivered to the Client via email up to one week after the photoshoot has taken place.
- Should the Client require images sooner than the one week turnaround, an express edit option (24 - 48 hour turnaround) is available at an additional fee of $100. The client is required to notify Zoe Keck of this request prior to date of the photoshoot and fee is payable by date of the photoshoot.
- Zoe Keck may however inform the client of changes to delivery timings 48 hours prior to the shoot. Delivery timings given to the Client are based on an estimation and can be subject to change at any given time.
- Upon accidental loss or destruction of content by the Client after delivery, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.
